Vinegar—The Wonder cleaner!
I’ve discovered over the past month that vinegar is wonderful for cleaning just about anything, from taking those pesky deoderant stains out of your clothes (my black t-shirt were ruined..or so I thought) (when mixed with a bit of sunlight soap and elbow grease) and taking the oder out along with it, to making your whites whiter! My bro had a rather yellowed t-shirt that my mom put in the wash with a cup of vinegar (pour in when the washer is filling into the place where you would typically pour your bleach) and you can’t tell it was ever yellow, it looks so white! It is also useful for cleaning off that whiteboard with all those old pen marks, that are dried on.
To clean off your whiteboard, take a cearal bowl and fill it with equal parts vinegar and warm water (like water you would take a bath in warm) and a dish cloth (I used one of those blue jade cloth things that you can get in a box at the store) and use some elbow grease. For the rather difficult pen marks, take a teaspoon and sprinkle a little bit of banking soda for a mild abrasive (be careful not to scratch the finish off the board) and add some elbow grease. Then you will have a shiney, clean whiteboard to go with your nice clean laundry!
